The production of your new product will start from the date of your payment confirmation.

The delivery time is between 10 to 15 working days.

In Evros and Thessaloniki we provide free shipping to the entrance (sidewalk)* of the address you have indicated**, with our own truck or with partner Transport Companies.

In Athens as well as in the cities of all prefectures of Greece we provide free shipping to the entrance (sidewalk)* of the address you have indicated**, with partner Transport Companies.

In cities on all Greek islands we provide free shipping to the entrance (sidewalk)* of the address you have provided**, by the transport company of your choice

*If you want the delivery to be made to your floor then you should contact the agency to arrange the delivery and additional transport costs.

**If you live out of town (i.e. village, town) then you will need to collect your order yourself from the agency in the next nearest town. However, if you still wish to have them delivered to your address, then you will need to contact the agency to arrange loading and additional transport costs.
